Executive Committee
"The duties and attributions of the Executive Committee are: a) to practice through the Chairman or his replacement, the legal representation of the foundation in all its acts, be them judicial, extrajudicial, administrative, public or private; b) to abide and enforce the present statute; write the necessary internal rules for the accomplishment of the objectives of the foundation; c) to delegate the executive faculties in favor o an Executive Committee. This Committee may be formed by one or more persons who may or may not be members of the Board. The Executive Committee will perform between the session periods of the Board” (Article 9 of the Social statute of Fundación CADAL).
