"The foundation will be ran and managed by a Board formed by a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 members. They will last 3 years in their positions, with the possibility of indefinite reelection. The members of the Board will be designated by the Board itself in the corresponding annual meeting to distribute amongst them the following positions: Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. In the case of choosing to designate the maximum number of members, the positions added will be Vice-president and Deputy-Treasurer” (Article 5 of the Social Statute of Fundación CADAL).
