Testimonio desde el actual presidio político cubano" by Jorge Luis García Peréz "Antúnez" at the Legislative Palace of Uruguay. The comments were in hands of Huber Matos, the former President of Uruguay Luis Alberto Lacalle, and the National Representant of Uruguay Jaime Trobo, and the Chilean analyst from ODCA, Marcelo Drago.
